Founder and Attorney at Law
Michelle is a Washington, D.C.-based attorney with over 20 years of experience in complex litigation, federal criminal defense, corporate counsel, and veterans’ benefits advocacy. Licensed in the District of Columbia, New York, Louisiana, and South Carolina (inactive), she has represented clients in high-profile federal and state cases, including the SEC Rule 10b-5 matter against Martha Stewart and the New York County District Attorney’s investigation of former Tyco CEO Dennis Kozlowski. Michelle also serves as corporate counsel for a national construction subcontractor and is a dedicated advocate for veterans seeking disability benefits. Her practice blends strategic legal insight, proven results, and unwavering dedication to client success.
Bryan A. Keeling
National Security and Insider Threat Advisor
Bryan is a retired U.S. Air Force colonel and special agent with the Office of Special Investigations (OSI), with over 20 years of leadership in federal law enforcement, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and information warfare. He has served in key roles on the Air Staff and Joint Staff, commanded units in combat, and deployed in support of Operations Southern Watch, Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and New Dawn. After the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Bryan served as the DoD representative to the New York Joint Terrorism Task Force, working to identify and disrupt emerging threats. He later played a pivotal role in the Manning investigation, which led to the creation of the National Insider Threat Task Force and the DoD Insider Threat Program. Recognized as a leading authority in insider threat management, Bryan advises government agencies and defense industrial partners on preventing and mitigating threats to national security.
